Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensure tools and parts are available, and support production and engineering needs. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 3+ years in production maintenance. • 5+ years supervisory experience. • Skills in planned maintenance, breakdown analysis, spare parts control, CMMS. • Strong project management, negotiation, and sourcing abilities. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficient in computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and preventative maintenance software). • ISO 9000 and lean manufacturing experience preferred.
