Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner/Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Supervisor
Location: NC, Oxford
Pay Range: $39.92 – $48.00 per hour
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all plannable maintenance work to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
Collaborate with the storeroom to ensure parts availability and oversee requisitions.
Maintain accurate records, backlogs, and reporting for maintenance activities.
Support daily operations by ensuring effective communication between maintenance and production.
What’s Needed?3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or supervision.
Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
Ability to read and analyze job requirements and technical documentation.
Proven organizational and scheduling skills to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and leadership skills to support staff and operations.
