As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling the work activity of the Maintenance and Engineering Team. This position prepares efficient work plans for all Preventive, Predicative, Condition-Based, and Project/Backlog Maintenance work. This position will also ensure internal and external labor resources are available and coordinate work in conjunction with the Production Scheduler in a timely manner. The Maintenance Planner also supports the Line mechanics and Technicians by providing expert guidance and maintains an open flow of communication up and down the maintenance team. + Schedule the work activity of the Maintenance and Engineering team. + Prepare efficient and effective work plans for all Preventive, Predictive, Condition-Based, and Project/Backlog Maintenance work. + Work with the Technical Stores Team to ensure parts are available and ready. + Coordinate execution of the plan in conjunction with the production schedule through working with the Production Scheduler in a timely manner. + Access, understand, and base decisions on information of all types in the CMMS system. + Support the Line Mechanics and Technicians by providing expert guidance and maintains open flow of communication up and down the maintenance chain. + Serve as an NCE Facilitator, championing AMM, tracking results, and pushing for execution of improvement projects. + Initiate focused projects based on Maintenance trends, and participating in process improvement initiatives. **Requirements** + HS Diploma or GED Equivalent + 2+ years of maintenance planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military, or related environment The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000-$107,000.
