This role plays a critical function in maintaining data accuracy in CMMS, supporting Heineken Asset Care System (HACS) initiatives, and optimizing resource utilization across daily operations, PM days, and plant shutdowns.

RESPONSIBILITY

Safety & Quality

Ensure all maintenance plans and tasks are aligned with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies Include risk assessments, LOTO, and work permit requirements in all plans Promote a safety-first mindset across planning and execution teams Ensure tasks support quality compliance and reduce risks of equipment-related quality issues

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems Coordinate with technicians and production teams to ensure timely execution with minimal disruption to operations Plan and prepare job packages (task list, tools, spare parts, safety precautions) for scheduled work

PM Day Planning & Reporting

Prepare detailed PM Day plans, including manpower, task lists, materials, and coordination with operations Monitor execution progress on PM days and generate reports on task completion, issues found, and follow-up actions Analyze performance of PM Day activities to propose improvements

CMMS System & Data Management

Create, assign, and close work orders in Maximo system, ensuring accuracy in task description, labor hours, parts usage, and failure reporting Maintain and update asset and maintenance history records regularly Monitor backlog and overdue tasks and follow up with technicians or team leads to resolve Maintain high CMMS data quality by gatekeeping Service Requests (SR) in CMMS, ensuring correct asset tagging, task categorization, and data consistency before work order generation

Shutdown Planning & Execution

Lead shutdown maintenance planning, including activity scope, task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path identification Coordinate across departments to align on scope, safety measures, and timelines Track shutdown progress and provide post-shutdown reporting and analysis

Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination

Collaborate with engineering stores to ensure availability of critical spares before PM or shutdown work Forecast spare part usage and raise requests based on planning requirements

HACS Support & Data Improvement

Support HACS (Heineken Asset Care System) data update initiatives, including task standardization, asset verification, and BOM (Bill of Materials) improvements Review and update maintenance master data and PM checklists based on performance feedback Work closely with reliability engineers to align HACS with actual field practice

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Generate weekly and monthly maintenance performance reports (OTIF, backlog, MTTR, etc.) Analyze breakdown trends and maintenance KPIs to suggest improvement actions Support continuous improvement initiatives such as RCA, Kaizen, and TPM activities

Organization & People Management

Provide support and guidance to technicians and team leaders in executing planned maintenance effectively Coordinate technician assignments during PM days and shutdowns Work collaboratively with production, stores, and engineering to resolve planning-related issues

Continuous Improvement

Analyze maintenance data and trends to recommend changes in frequency, scope, or methods of maintenance tasks Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and cross-functional problem-solving sessions for repeated or high-impact failures Propose improvements to PM plans, checklists, spare parts strategies, and job plans based on field feedback and equipment history Support TPM and HACS initiatives through data-driven planning and coordination Contribute to APM initiatives by supporting equipment criticality assessments, performance reviews, and reliability improvement actions Provide insights from CMMS data and field reports to help improve asset lifecycle strategies and reduce overall maintenance cost

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance planning or technician coordination roles in a manufacturing or brewery environment Hands-on experience in CMMS (preferably Maximo), including work order management and master data handling Familiarity with maintenance KPIs such as OTIF, MTBF, MTTR, and backlog Experience with preventive maintenance planning, shutdown planning, and asset care strategy Exposure to HACS or structured asset care models is a strong advantage

Additional duties

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
