Maintenance Planner Opportunity
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will oversee scheduling and/or planning of maintenance work in multiple production departments including RMPC (Raw Materials Processing Center – Wastewater Treatment), Furnace (and Baghouse), and Refining for the Tampa FL facility.
· Develops and implements maintenance plan, including regular, preventative, predictive, and shutdown maintenance to help ensure all equipment, machinery, and processes are in working order and performing as needed. Continuous improvements in Preventive Maintenance and Scheduling.
· Updates the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) system ensuring data is accurate.
· Plans daily maintenance work to help ensure all equipment, machinery and processes are in working order and performing as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and ensure accuracy of the CMMS, update as needed
· Plan daily work and collaborate with Maintenance and Operations Supervisors
· Develop maintenance plan for scheduling, execution, and follow up of the following: regular maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), shutdown maintenance; work with maintenance department, contractors, and vendors
· Plans maintenance jobs, to include the following: issuing and reviewing work orders for CMMS, reviewing parts and tools required, and providing detailed work instructions
· Plan labor for major downtime
· Organize and maintain spare parts lists, manuals, and drawings
· Collaborates with Maintenance Supervisor on planning labor for all repair and maintenance projects
· Provide support as needed to Maintenance Technicians
· Manage back log work
· Use data and statistical problem-solving techniques to improve the plant reliability as measured by key performers while reducing unit costs
· Facilitate weekly meetings with plant operations team
· Perform any other duties requested by management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
