**Duration: 6 Months** **Job Description:** + Follow All Plant Safety Procedures and Policies (LOTO, SWP, etc.) + Conformance to Plant Permits and Certifications (ISO, cGMP, Title V, FDA, RCRA, SWWP) + Documenting Maintenance work for Governmental and Permit Compliance + Work with Corporate Purchasing Group to secure needed goods and services for the Maintenance Department + Document received goods and services for Corporate Accounts Payable Group + Use of Plant’s Maintenance Software to schedule parts needed for Jobs + Job Scoping and Planning + Daily scheduling of Maintenance Group Work + Coordinate maintenance projects + Help Manage and Track inventory in Plant’s Maintenance Software system + Communicate with Maintenance/E&I employees about needs for parts and supplies + Utilize Maintenance Work Systems and OAU data to develop reliability and maintenance cost improvement plans + Responsible for knowing and applying all industry, corporate and plant engineering standards to existing and new equipment installed + Help Troubleshoot all Process Equipment Issues (Pumps, Motors, Reactors, Compressors, Burner Systems, etc.) + Lead small projects to replace, upgrade or expand equipment + Participate in project teams used to replace, upgrade or expand plant equipment **Safety:** + Ensures compliance of regulatory and plant safety and environmental requirements with special emphasis on Process Safety Management (PSM) + Participates fully in plant safety initiatives and programs including Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program. + Ensure that all incidents are reported. + Ensure that all HES training, standards, policies and procedures are followed. + Demonstrates commitment to HES through high visibility and actions. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
