MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Responsibilities: 

Carry out routine and non-routine machinery condition monitoring and data collection using data collectors and computerized CM systems with direction and support from the supervisor. Carry out troubleshooting, failure investigation, oil collection, thermal imaging, task observations, vibration analysis, equipment alignment, and pump performance testing Carry out routine and non-routine Condition Monitoring activities effectively and safely. Collect vibration and operational parameters and upload them into the Machine Analysis database. Generate machinery condition reports on a routine basis, recommend proactive actions wherever required with a timeline and review all exception reports in the database daily.  Update overhauls and bearings change events into the history database. Review daily trip events (or failure events) and coordinate with production teams to carry out necessary actions. Identify and report machines with chronic problems and recommend necessary actions. Carry out commissioning checks of newly installed rotating equipment. Coordinate with the scheme's maintenance teams in troubleshooting activities, as necessary. Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting and the implementation of improvement initiatives. Develop a rotating equipment technical database. Coordinate with maintenance scheduler and planning technicians to prioritize, schedule, and align condition monitoring jobs with their planned activities. Builds equipment history for maintenance planning. Consolidates and submits condition monitoring records. Prepares condition monitoring schedule. Performs general administrative duties. Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements. 

Qualification Requirements:

Degree in mechanical or equivalent  Degree in Mechanical or Equivalent Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and liaise with key stakeholders. High-level leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations for the team through clear and concise communication. High-level attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Exposure to managing SAP master data. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Software Strong commitment to a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Must have Certified Vibration Analyst - Category II (CAT II) Must have Knowledge of Oil Analysis 1 Must know about NDT inspection Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role 

Experience and Skills Requirements: 

SAP maintenance Maintenance skills  Engage and lead in studies such as FMEA and RCA as required. Demonstrated experience contributing to a team of professionals to deliver against set targets. Experience delivering best practices. Track record in developing continuous improvement ideas. In-depth knowledge of Maintenance systems. An understanding of the gold mining process. A high level of planning and problem-solving ability. An understanding of key safety risks and ways to mitigate them.
