A skilled and versatile maintenance person is required to oversee the smooth running of a large family home in the Bayswater/Notting Hill area.

This will be a Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5pm, with flexibility when needed. You will also be working alongside two housekeepers.

Duties

Manage and service the plant room Swimming pool maintenance Manage all household tech, including cinema room Keep the outside terraces clean and tidy Carryout maintenance tasks inside of the property Book and oversee contractors Assist with the housekeepers when needed Oversee property security

Candidate requirements:

This role will suit a candidate who is technically minded and enjoys being hands on to fix things. The family are looking for a candidate who can know the home inside and out. A driver would be a bonus but not essential Be a good team player with strong communication skills
