岗位职责: 

1.遵守公司的各项规章制度，执行国家和公司的安全规程，确保维修作业符合行业标准及企业安全要求。
2. 完成公司要求的所有培训项目，完成主管指定的工作任务。
3. 对生产线上的操作工进行简单的维修培训，使操作工能够完成TPM要求的检查内容。
4. 完成5S、TPM等要求的工作。
5. 根据PM（预防性维修）检查内容对设备部件进行检查、维护和保养，确保设备健康，正常运行。
6. 快速响应设备突发故障，分析原因并提出解决方案，能解决日常的（非电脑程序问题）设备故障，保证设备在最短时间内达到正常的生产状态。
7. 对替换下的备件进行判断及修复，对不能修复的要及时汇报给工程师，以节约备件费用，及时申报所需耗材。
8. 根据工程师的要求对设备进行升级或改造，参与设备大修、中修计划执行，使之实现生产和安全的要求。
9. 主动寻找和发现设备安全及其它隐患，并且实施整改行动。
10.配合生产、工艺部门优化设备运行效率，参与技术改造项目。
11.能主导一个区域的维修工作（OPM、PM、EM），以及与生产现场的协调，做好维修记录，填写设备维修档案，提出改进意见。

12.协助其它维修人员解决难题，参与技能培训，学习新技术，提升维修水平

背景/经验: 

-本岗位根据中国法律要求有低压电工证上岗认证

-为人正直，有良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和紧迫感，具有团队精神。

-有三年以上电气维修工作经验，机械、电气或自控相关专业，大专及其以上学历最佳

-熟悉西门子PLC，熟悉西门子博途软件，熟悉主流机器人，了解变频伺服控制技术，了解电机拖动技术，具备电路板等电子维修技能最佳。

-能简单使用WORD，EXCEL等办公软件。

-接受倒班（三班倒），具有相关的合格职业资格证书为优。

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
