Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for a Maintenance Operations Manager to join our Western Region Team in the Houston, TX area. The Maintenance Operations Manager will function as an overseer for multiple established maintenance sites and will be responsible for managing culture, safety, performance, and personnel across their assigned sites. They will do this by regularly visiting their sites to interface with our clients along with Turner's site management and field personnel, as well as having a defined set of priorities with a vision to implement them and an ability to communicate that vision. They will work closely with all departments to guide efforts toward achieving intended business results by building relationships and leveraging Turner's service capabilities to expand the business at their current sites as well as new ones. \n
