Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Aggregate plant millwrighting involves the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of stationary industrial machinery **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Promotes a positive safety culture through leadership by example. + Performs all work activities following all relevant safety policies/procedures ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and critical success factors. + Required to read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. + Millwrights install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces and generators according to layout plans using hand and power tools. + Responsible to install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls. + Will be responsible to assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment. + Tasks require bending, kneeling, climbing multiple flights of stairs, lifting up to 50lbs, working in tight areas and in a dusty environment. + Millwrights operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and tractors to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery. + Also operate machine tools such as drills and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
