TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Inspection Methods Engineer to play a key role in establishing and embedding modern Maintenance and Inspection standards across our operations. This position is central to our transformation journey as we upgrade systems, re-engineer processes and strengthen governance to support sustainable growth.

Activities

Your Impact

As part of the Operations Transformation Department, you will contribute to designing and implementing TotalEnergies compliant Maintenance and Inspection methods. 

 

You will:

Describe and implement the maintenance manual including workflows for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, notifications, work orders, modifications and data management in the CMIMS.Drive and secure buy-in from onshore and offshore teams to ensure proper adoption of Maintenance and Inspection practices.Report Maintenance and Inspection KPIs, develop dashboards and ensure CMIMS data quality.Identify improvement opportunities in Field Operations and lead approved improvement plans to completion.Contribute to the SAP upgrade by defining scope, executing user acceptance testing and training end users.Implement digital tools for improved efficiency and act as custodian for Maintenance and Inspection related applications. What We Are Looking For

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum five years of experience in oil and gas operations.Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Inspection principles for oil and gas or petrochemical installations.Strong knowledge of CMIMS at key user level, ideally SAP PM.Experience contributing to Maintenance and Inspection re engineering projectsStrong knowledge of digital tools that improve maintenance and inspection efficiencyExperience with continuous improvement initiatives in an operations environment Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
