This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionTake a lead on MAE's mechanical problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.Provide MAE's mechanical details & issue MAE's mechanical standard document for
Maintenance.Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines.Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to mechanical topics.Control and monitor MTTR and MTBF performance indicators to meet targets, particularly in mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor or master graduation with Mechanical engineer.

Qualifications:

Intermediate or advanced in English.Above 3 years' experience in machinery maintenance.Have strong experience in solving the mechanical problem of machine or improving machine design.Have deep unstanding in MAE's mechanical drawing & Pneumatic diagram.Have deep knowledge and skill in machine alignment concept.Leadership skill.Strong mechanical skill & knowledge, especially in Pneumatic system, Transportation system, Linear movement etc.Deep knowledge in instrument tools for mechanical adjustment.Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skill.Strong teamwork skill.
