As the Maintenance Mechanic Plumber, you will repair and maintain plumbing, replacing washing and replacing/mending broken pipes.
You will locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, penetrations, and fixtures. You will study building plans and inspect them to assess material, and equipment needs to establish a sequence of people installations.
In this role, you will fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to locate leaks. You will also assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings.
