Plant Operations goal is to keep the hospital, medical office building and Eunice Smith Nursing Home infrastructure in good working order. The Plant Operations department performs routine repair and maintenance, completes work orders for repairs, maintai Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The position provides the necessary crew leadership required to accomplish the maintenance aspects of the building, construction and renovation in an efficient and high quality manner. Responsibilities Ensures all aspects of preventative maintenance are completed on schedule and according to department standards and procedures. Keeps equipment clean and operational. Performs troubleshooting and continuous improvement on building equipment and systems as assigned. Maintains documentation in regards to facility equipment and systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and up-to-date for all applicable regulatory agencies. Coordinates work requests, responds to emergencies and provides leadership for maintenance crew under the direction of the Supervisor.
