Maintenance Mechanic III | $ 21.33 per hour | Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm What Matters Most:Competitive pay of $21.33 per hourMonday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pmWill work at various properties located within Tampa, FL 33617Temp to hire positionWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Your New Role:In this role, the Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for performing a variety of skilled structural, plumbing and electrical building maintenance work at various facilities through the Tampa, FL area.   Responsibilities:Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical or HVAC problems.Identify issues, repair and replacement of items such as windows, doors, roofs, gutters, cabinets, walls, ceilings, etc.Lead a team of mechanics in performing major projects, such as replacing plumbing fixtures, replacing wiring, replacing wiring, replacing or repairing HVAC systems, etc.Install gas furnaces and heaters in accordance with manufacturers specifications.Perform general maintenance tasks on managed buildings and grounds.Prepare and keep accurate records of routine and preventative maintenance.Must be available for on-call shifts as necessary. What You Need:High school diploma or GED.Requires two (2) years of specialized courses/training or experience in construction or repair trade; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Requires Journeyman Certification in Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC Valid Florida Driving License Valid CDL Diving License Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy Requires periodic availability for on-call shifts  Your New Organization: Enjoy competitive compensation, health, vision, and dental insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan.
