Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair a wide range of production equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, EDMs, lathes, Swiss machines, water jets, robotic systems, presses, and other manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues.Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for accurate repairs and installations.Conduct inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.Assist with approximately 10 new equipment installations annually.Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols during maintenance and installation tasks.Essential Skills
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience on CNC machinesProficiency with electrical maintenance tasks, blueprints, and schematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work on the 3rd shift from Sunday night to Thursday morning (11 PM-7 AM). Training on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday for the first 8-12 weeks (7 AM-3 PM). Join a massive facility with 500 employees and be part of a team of 15 maintenance employees on the 1st shift with zero on the 3rd shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.80 - $44.23/hr.
