**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** You will be responsible for performing general machine installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for shop equipment. We seek someone with electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience. **Responsibilities** + Perform general installation, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and shop equipment. + Conduct regular maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment. + Utilize electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues. + Use hand tools and schematics to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. + Operate industrial and heavy equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 2+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. + Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding schematics. + Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting and repair. + Mechanical aptitude and experience with maintenance repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CNC experience is a bonus. + Experience in tube bending and welding maintenance is a bonus. + High production experience is preferred. + Team player with a strong attendance record. **Why Work Here?** The company offers a comprehensive benefits package once you transition to a permanent role. The work schedule is first shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with a shorter shift on Fridays from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Employees are entitled to a half-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
