In addition to the benefits, you’d expect from an industry leader (Pension, 401K, Medical, PTO, etc.) we also offer:Competitive starting payGrowth opportunities to build your careerOvertime opportunitiesTuition reimbursementEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Make a difference - ADM Cares volunteer and matching gift opportunitiesWhat you will do:You will be working in our Cleveland, TN facility and take on challenges and responsibilities within our Maintenance Department.You can also expect to:Installing and maintaining machinery and equipmentOperate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power toolsTroubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systemsRepair, rebuild, maintain mechanical drive systemsInstall material systemsExperience with V-belt and Chain drive systemsMachine troubleshooting and repair skillsHealth, Safety & Environmental:Facilitate and ensure adherence to safety regulations, rules and sound practices.Coordinate and participate in audits, prioritizing and tracking completion of findings.Ensure that unsafe behavior and conditions are corrected.Perform Safety audits and set the example for safety.Sanitation/Food Safety:Ensure the facility maintains world class sanitation standards.Prepare the facility for, and participate in, regulatory/third party/customer/company audits.Required Skills:Must have a strong commitment to employee safetyRequire excellent command of the following: leadership, problem solving, self-motivation and organizational skills.Must have confident and courteous manner.Must be able to hear and speak clearly, read, comprehend and communicate orally and in writing.Position requires standing and walking for long periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working with tools, working within close-confined spaces, and working in extreme temperatures.Must be willing to participate in team on-call rotation schedule.Basic knowledge of machine mechanical systems acquired through training or experienceExperience with or willingness to learn forklift and scissors lift operationsBasic electrical skills are a plusWhat Hours Would I be Working? Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm + on call rotation (Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays)ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
