Summary: Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for electrical and mechanical servicing and efficient maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
At least five years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DEP regulations related to plant operation
Strong mechanical maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
Experience in a CNC machine shop is a plus
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair electrical, compressed gases, water, and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify needed repairs/service on production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
Record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairs
Isolate malfunctions, disassemble equipment, repair/replace components
Supervise workers and vendors engaged in maintenance operations
Maintain inventories of materials, supplies, tools, and repair parts
Responsible for equipment layouts and facility modifications within the plant
Coordinate with equipment vendors, contractors, and utility companies
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
