What You'll Do

As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll:

Keep our mechanical systems running smoothly—cams, drives, belts, and sheaves.Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (up to 480 volts) - Training providedTroubleshoot PLCs and resolve mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime - Training providedMonitor production lines and anticipate maintenance needs before breakdowns occur.Document performance, repairs, and downtime using SAP work requests.What You'll BringPrevious experience or trade school education in industrial maintenance.Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting but training will be provided.Welding or machining/fabrication abilities beneficial but not mandatoryWhy You'll Love Working HereDirect hire with long-term career growth and cross-training opportunities.Ability to increase wages quickly based on additional trainings and testing.Competitive health, vision, and dental benefits.401(k) with company match, plus company-paid short-term disability.Annual tool allowance ($500) and boot/uniform stipend ($175).Apply $2.50 shift differentials for any off shift workPay and Benefits
