**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** Job Description As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities within the facility. This includes troubleshooting, adjusting, installing, and repairing various equipment such as conveyors, motors, and gearboxes. You will also fabricate and weld components, operate material handling equipment, and perform preventive maintenance activities. Accurate record-keeping of repairs, calibrations, and tests is also expected. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot, adjust, install, and repair conveyors, equipment, motors, gearboxes, saws, chains, pumps, and cylinders. + Fabricate and weld components. + Operate material handling equipment. + Perform preventive maintenance activities. + Keep accurate records of repairs, calibrations, and tests. Essential Skills + Troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment. + Mechanical maintenance and repair of breakdowns. + Hydraulic troubleshooting. + Pneumatic troubleshooting. + Operation of hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Fabrication skills are a plus. + Experience with forklifts, schematics, and heavy equipment. + Diploma or GED required; degree or license preferred. + Strong communication and teamwork skills.
