**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will collaborate closely with our operations team to troubleshoot and address equipment and manufacturing system obstacles. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and other duties as assigned. Your role will involve finding solutions to recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team and adhering to all OSHA and internal safety standards, including strict compliance with the Lockout/Tagout Program.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and problem-solving tasks.
+ Collaborate with the maintenance team to find solutions to recurring equipment problems.
+ Understand and implement all OSHA and internal safety standards.
+ Adhere strictly to the Lockout/Tagout Program.
**Essential Skills**
+ Three years of experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
+ Electrical knowledge, including schematics, PLC, 480v/3 phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
+ Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
+ Food safety experience is a plus.
+ Experience in ISO / FDA Facility is beneficial.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The facility adheres to ISO and FDA standards, ensuring a safe and regulated work environment. The role involves an on-call system, providing flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Sharonville,OH.
