Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machineryTroubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and precision measuring toolsDismantle and repair mechanical components using hoists, hand tools, and machine shop equipmentMaintain inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as neededDocument maintenance activities and communicate issues to ensure shift-to-shift continuityMaintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
Must understand safety instructions in EnglishMust have industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipmentAbility to read diagrams, use measuring tools, and follow technical instructionsMust be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 35 feetComfortable training on 1st and 2nd shifts before transitioning to 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am)No high school diploma required; resume and second interview are mandatoryPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
