Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves facility maintenance and the upkeep of processing, material handling, and rolling equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, as well as own hand tools and steel-toed boots.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and install equipment and machinery using electrical schematics.Maintain knowledge of motor components and controls.Install conduit and related fittings, ensuring proper wire sizing for applications.Possess basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and related components.Troubleshoot and repair simple hydraulic systems and components, following hydraulic prints.Demonstrate practical knowledge of pneumatic systems and controls, troubleshooting as needed.Apply maintenance welding ability in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas).Maintain plant facility, grounds, structure, and related equipment.Repair powered and non-powered rolling equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of small equipment according to instructions.Install or repair copper or steel pipe and related fittings.Possess knowledge of refrigeration and related equipment.Maintain proper housekeeping levels and adhere to all safety rules.Essential SkillsMinimum two years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.Ability to troubleshoot and install equipment and machinery using electrical schematics.Basic knowledge of PLC and related components.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.Knowledge of pneumatic systems and related controls.Practical maintenance welding ability in TIG.Ability to maintain and repair plant facility and equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnological skills with knowledge of MP2 and SAP.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.Strong organizational, detail, and follow-up skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team player.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates in an internationally-oriented industrial setting, focusing on adding value to agricultural commodities. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7:30am. Attendance is crucial to success, with close monitoring during the first 60 days. The environment emphasizes top product quality, optimal services, and innovative ideas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
