Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Mechanic in Fullerton, CA.
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will:
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Work with 480V 3-phase motors
Assist with control systems and PLC diagnostics
Support operation and maintenance of conveyors, fillers, cappers, and mixers
Mechanical repairs and routine maintenance
Equipment changeovers, alignments, lubrication, and rebuilds
Support uptime for conveyors, fillers, cappers, and mixers
Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex issues
Deep dive into PLCs (plug in, interpret code, troubleshoot faults)
Lead response to escalated issues across electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Mentor junior mechanics and ensure best practices
Interface with production and engineering teams
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30 pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong electrical and mechanical background
Experience with 480V 3-phase systems
Comfortable with control panels, relays, sensors
Basic PLC exposure (ideal, not required)
Pay Rate: $ 31.00 per hour
