Repair, maintain, rebuild and upgrade all machinery in plant. This Team Member is responsible for lockout/tag out, SOPs, training, audits and machine rebuilds. Will ensure preventative maintenance programs are completed on a timely basis, as well as respond to daily maintenance requests. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all maintenance and repair on coffee roasters, scales and packaging machinesPerform the scheduled preventative maintenance on all production-related equipment.Complete special maintenance projects.Respond to daily maintenance work orders on a timely basis.Assist in project planning and construction.Identify, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of electric, pneumatic and mechanical systems.Must be able to read and understand operator manuals.Must have knowledge of and experience with power and hand tools, basic electrical troubleshooting and plumbing, sheet metal fabrication and weldingAble to read and understand schematics, blueprintsMust have the flexibility to work overtime hours as requiredMust be able to lift up to 100 lbs
