Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programsManage and coordinate maintenance activities across all facilities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and upgradesLead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environmentOversee the maintenance budget, control costs, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractorsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issuesImplement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practicesManage small-scale projects, including planning, budgeting, and executionCollaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to operations during maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performanceAnalyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper managementStay updated on industry trends and new technologies in facility maintenance

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance management roleStrong understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systemsProven leadership and team management skillsIn-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to facility maintenanceProficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Professional certifications in facility management or maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CFM) are a plusExperience in energy management and sustainable maintenance practicesAbility to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematicsFlexibility to work on-call and respond to emergency situations as needed
