Maintenance Manager
Our client, a Corrugated Container manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager you will be part of the maintenance department supporting machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a background in the corrugated container industry, and good leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Location:Lebanon, Indiana** **Pay Range: $100-125/k relocation assistance possible.** **What’s the Job?** + This position has responsibility for all day-to-day maintenance operations in this facility that includes both Corrugating and Converting processes + Achieve desired results in Safety by leading safety processes to sustain a safe work environment. + Achieve desired results in Quality by leading process reliability efforts to ensure lowest cost, best quality with high return on assets. + · Drive machine reliability through disciplined application of the Work Order and Preventative Maintenance systems. + Manage the Maintenance Storeroom inventories and purchasing activities to ensure highest level possible of planning effectiveness. **What’s Needed?** + Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing company. + Must have demonstrated leadership among a group of employees in productivity, quality and safety. + Must possess a strong safety and maintenance background. + Previous background in corrugated, paper or similar manufacturing environments is preferred. + Must have process acumen, be results-driven and possess strong communications skills. **What’s in it for me?** + Excellent Benefits package.
