**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and compliance of our high-speed beverage co-packing facility. This role involves managing a team, overseeing equipment maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet the growing needs of premium beverage companies. **Responsibilities** + Direct and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors, providing training, coaching, and performance management. + Ensure operational readiness of all plant machinery and infrastructure, overseeing installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. + Maintain compliance with food safety management systems and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations. + Ensure adherence to environmental laws and workplace safety standards. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes. + Monitor operational costs and implement cost reduction tools using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook for reporting and planning. + Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and operations teams to align maintenance schedules with production needs. + Support regulatory compliance audits and reporting. **Essential Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred. + 8+ years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in the food/beverage manufacturing industry. + Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. + Experience in project planning and execution. + Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance. + Strong leadership and communication abilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Troubleshooting, maintenance technician, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills. + Experience with changing 480v motors, preventive maintenance, schematic, blueprint, PLC troubleshooting, and 3-phase electrical systems. + Ability to work long periods on your feet, perform repetitive actions, and lift up to 25 pounds. + 3 years of experience in manufacturing required. + Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. + Ability to navigate all areas of the production facility. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading beverage co-packing facility that provides comprehensive packaging services for premium beverage companies. The building is clean and newer, having been opened in 2020. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Concord, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/yr. -Dental Medical Vision 401K PTO (AM has benefits package attachments- please request so you have this for IOI's) - Facility offers cooling rags and hydration pops to stay cool and hydrated in the summer - Short-term and long-term disability and $25K in life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee after the 60-day waiting period - Employees are eligible to join our 401(k) plan after six months of service.
