Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Manager with manufacturing experience to oversee equipment maintenance and supervise department personnel in a 24/7 non-union plant.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3 years of related experience, or post high school education combined with 8 years of industrial maintenance experience. 5 years of direct supervisory experience. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of PLCs, HVAC systems, hydraulic systems, electrical distribution, and electromechanical equipment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance department for maximum utilization of technicians and contractors. Ensure equipment compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements. Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel. Track and report key performance indicators for the department. Assist in establishing plant maintenance goals. Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices. Interface with outside service providers to secure bids for goods and services. Track and control the department's MRO budget.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
