Responsible for leading and managing the Engineering, focusing resource accordingly in relation to business requirementsManage and implement projects to improve OEE, line efficiency and product conversion costs in relation to plant performance and asset longevity.Identifying and assessing the value and capability of new or additional technologies through innovation.Manage local capital expenditure on site ensuring projects scopes are followed through to delivery on time and within budgetFully support and comply with company HSE and Quality Policies.Ensuring the operational delivery of the R&M budget and reporting against established KPI’s.Defining, automating and simplifying processes identifying key levers and process parameters.Ensure the delivery of continuous improvement through leadership.Identifying, providing and facilitating solutions to process, engineering and technical problems.Ensuring the retention and adherence to accredited standards (ISO 9001)Ensuring that maintenance and production standards are observed and applied.Developing technical capability within the team.

Required Qualifications:

7-10 years of Engineering management, Manufacturing operations, project management, Process,  combined experience within the Industrial, Materials or other technical sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Material, or Engineering related is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience in the Glass Fiber segment is preferred and beneficial.Ability to communicate in English.
