Overview

CGL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This role emphasizes strong HVAC expertise, along with general building maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations. Coordinate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems. Oversee renovations and new construction under the Facility Manager's guidance. Maintain communication with clients and ensure timely project completion. Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities. Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; advanced training in building maintenance preferred. 4-6 years of building maintenance experience; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings. Valid driver's license and insurance required. Must be physically capable of performing the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
