Make a difference as Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager
As the Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager, you will lead and manage the plant maintenance strategy to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability. You’ll oversee maintenance operations, utilities, preventive programs, and asset control, while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What you will do :

Contribute to the development and implementation of the plant’s maintenance strategy, policies, and best practices

Lead maintenance team performance, ensuring high equipment availability and optimized utility usage

Implement and manage preventive maintenance and reliability strategies, including TPM and WCM (focused on PM/AM pillars)

Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

Coach, develop, and engage team members to deliver continuous improvement and long-term capability building

Manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields

Proven experience in the food & beverage or chemical manufacturing industry

Extensive hands-on experience in plant maintenance and equipment problem solving

Expertise in TPM/WCM practices and implementation

Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
