You’ll get to: + Provide technical oversight and leadership for machine repair and maintenance technicians. + Facilitate and support the continuous advancement of the facility’s diagnostic capabilities. + Oversee the maintenance and calibration of transfer standards used for equipment validation. + Provide advanced technical support to the shop for electrical troubleshooting + Lead initiatives to implement predictive maintenance programs using machine logging, data analysis, potential equipment procurement + Monitor and improve safety in manufacturing operations by addressing electrical hazards and other safety concerns. + Develop Mechanical Apprentice program + Purchase and expedite Repair Parts + Develop and negotiate OEM TPM Agreements + Analyze work order trends and propose solutions + Manage of maintenance program for equipment upgrades and productivity projects + New Equipment review and runoff management + Troubleshoot complex equipment + Create and manage plant TPM Audit Model + **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
