Join a company recognized for its expertise in mining operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor leads a team to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of underground equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance and repair work on mobile equipment. Plan and organize team tasks according to operational priorities. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Support and guide the professional development of team members. Contribute to optimizing maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance programs. Assist in implementing internal procedures and regulatory compliance. Manage schedules, timesheets, and lead health and safety meetings.

Skills and qualifications :

DEP in heavy equipment mechanics, DEC in industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role Experience in a mining environment Valid general explosives permit and completed FMTM modules required Technical knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity Motivational leadership and a strong sense of responsibility Proficient in IT tools, including SAP (an asset) Experience working in Quebec required Apply
