**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our 1st shift team in Bettendorf, Iowa. The role involves overseeing the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of 17-20 individuals daily, supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment, ensuring availability for emergency repairs. + Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. + Monitor operation of plant equipment and systems. + Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. + Support Plant Operations Department with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. + Communicate directly with upper management and the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. + Regularly communicate with direct reports, both individually and as a team, to ensure good two-way communication concerning progress and other issues. + Conduct employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contributions. + Manage performance issues within company guidelines, working with HR. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical skills. + Two-year Technical or Associates Degree. + Extensive experience in the Injection Molding field or related industry. + Experience with extrusion. + Advanced maintenance skills. + Experience with large tonnage machines (4000 ton). + Ability to read prints in hydraulics and electrical. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Automation experience is a plus. + Computer skills are advantageous. + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, supervision, repair, and troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Join a reputable company with a clean and well-lit facility. Dress code includes wearing jeans and steel-toed shoes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
