This is a leadership role where you will own Line/area end-to-end responsible for leading and developing the maintenance technical team (mechanics and electricians), scheduling and executing the PM Plan, managing machine breakdowns, contract resources, materials, and services to ensure the timely correction of defects, and working through the PM Pillar SWPs in line with the Plant CBN/Key Pillar KPIs.
**How you will contribute**
People Development:
+ People Management and Development (Coaching and Feedback).
+ Daily time and attendance management.
+ Performance management, IDP, coaching skills.
Maintenance Performance: ****
+ Utilize the MP&S WP to manage the maintenance routine daily and weekly.
+ Breakdown Management (Services and Materials), BDA, and Breakdown Eradication Plan (Base Condition Restoring Plan).
+ Abnormalities Tags/Notification Management and Execution (Daily Management of Notification, WOs, and Execution);
+ E2E Responsibility for crews across shifts.
Best Collaboration:
+ Manage knowledge transfers between shifts.
+ Share and align the maintenance plan and priorities with shift leads and line managers.
+ Solidarity within the Maintenance Organizations, Operations, and other support functions.
Total Maintenance Cost:
+ Parts and Services budget management.
+ Overtime Management.
**Requirements for this role:**
+ Bachelor of Engineering or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in a maintenance manager role.
+ Experience as a point of contact with union officials, including conflict management skills.
+ Understanding of critical HSE Standards like LOTO, Machine Guarding, and PSM (if applicable.
+ Advanced knowledge of the PM Pillar SWPs and Step Progression.
+ Understanding of critical HSE Standards like LOTO, Machine Guarding, and PSM (if applicable), among others.
+ Effective analytical skills to undertake Breakdown Analysis.

**Salary and Benefits:**
The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
