Elevate Your Career in Maintenance Leader
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Leader to drive maintenance excellence and safety culture within a leading energy sector project in Luanda, Angola. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure compliance with industry standards while promoting innovation and cost efficiency.
Role Overview Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to HSEQ rules and requirements. Ensure safe and ethical work practices in all managed activities. Comply with TEPA referential and local laws in all contractual requirements. Identify and manage risks associated with PBF activities. Motivate team members to meet project targets aligned with values. Drive digitalization and innovation while optimizing costs without compromising QHSE objectives. Foster a cost-conscious culture among the team. Implement LEAN approaches and visual management techniques. Manage Dalia LIFEX maintenance package including resources, budget, planning, logistics, and execution. Oversee the Service Cards Database for Maintenance (~200 Service cards) and optimize tasks for the Work Program. Coordinate interfaces between different TEPA entities within the scope. Conduct project risk reviews for maintenance scope. Manage technical documentation reviews and approval processes. Prepare internal and external presentations/reports as required. Anticipate scope variations due to delays or revised priorities. Update the Service Cards Database regularly. Report on costs/budget and planning/progress. Establish Maintenance KPIs. Ensure effective coordination between Contractors and CPY. Skills & Qualifications BOSIET certification. Experience in Maintainability Reviews and Maintenance schedules. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and compliance standards. Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies. Proficiency in digitalization and innovation initiatives. Understanding of LEAN methodologies and visual management. Education & Experience Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in maintenance management or safety are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership roles within the energy sector. The next step
