Lead Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide a small team. You’ll keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting equipment, supporting your team, and making sure everything meets quality standards. If you’re skilled with machines, love problem-solving, and want a role where you can lead and work with your hands—this is for you!
