**Job Description:**
**Responsibility for** **Maintenance lea** **dership and m** **anagement, reali** **z** **ation of** **Maintenance** **performance,** **cost** **and employee satisfaction KPI’s .**
**You will work together with key** **site departments** **to** **insure** **continuous improvement of all processes related to** **Maintenance** **& p** **rovide operational reports and analysis** **to relevant** **managers** **in the** **organisation** **, on a regular and ad-hoc basis,** **in order to** **create visibility on** **status &** **issues related to** **these defined** **KPI’s** **.**
**Helping with the manual i** **nstall** **ation of** **all machines of new production lines and learn how to** **doing** **the daily maintenance and the** **long term** **maintenance for every machine involved in the process.**
**Job Requirements:**
**Y** **our primary responsibilities include**
**Process ownership of** **Maintenance team** **,** **into &** **from** **site** **to** **support** **Envista** **site** **priorities** **.**
**Ensure that the process is documented, roles and responsibilities are defined**
**KPI's defined and tracked and the application structure actively managed.**
**Initiate and drive continuous improvement of the** **maintenance** **process in cooperation** **with Subsidiaries, Warehouses, Factories and** **Service companies**
**Drive re-engineering of the** **maintenance** **process** **, in areas where opportunities exist.**
**Participate in projects and other initiatives touching the** **engineering and production** **processes and actively** **contributing to these.**
**S** **upport the** **s** **elect** **ion** **, purchase and follow-up** **of** **suppliers and** **services providers, together with** **Envista** **corporate functions**

**E** **nsure that the** **Maintenance** **function is managed according to established budget targets and** **set KPI’s.** **To drive the** **Maintenance** **budgeting processes**
**Drive and execute strategic initiatives and projects within** **the** **Mainetance** **area of responsibility**
**Drive the development of** **Maintenance team,** **personnel** **and** **own** **direct reports.**
**Teach and do the training to all the people under his leadership** **, they have to be capable to do the daily maintenance and the** **long term** **maintenance for every machine involved in the process.**
