Maintenance Lead

 

Position: The holder of the position is responsible is to implement, and or maintain and continuously improve the Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling DMS for assigned lines, and to provide a continuity link to other PM systems. In this role, you will

 

Lead the review of previous job completion results, other maintenance activities, and the current day's plan in daily meetings Actively support and coordinate with the Production team during planned stops, incorporating SAP work orders and maintenance tasks Drive optimization efforts with the Production team for line start-up, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop and update the annual maintenance plan and calendar Ensure the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation as necessary Manage operator activities during machine repair and maintenance, supporting them to accelerate and optimize these processes

 

Requirements:

 

Completed at least a four-year technical secondary school At least 2 years of experience in the relevant technology Basic PC skills (MS Office applications) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC system Good knowledge of English language Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace Responsible, with team-oriented mindset
