Job Description
The Maintenance Inventory Assistant will assist the Maintenance Administrator in the reorganisation, identification, and documentation of Maintenance Spare Part Inventory for Veolia's sites in Mississauga and North York.
Main Responsibilities:
May be responsible to perform a combination of the following duties based upon job assignment:Perform clerical functions to enter data into spreadsheets, documentation of parts and locations;Utilise the Facilities CMMS program to enter and/or update Spare Part inventory and locations;Utilise computers to research and identify parts, both mechanical and electrical;Follow all H&S rules and policies as defined by the Company;All other duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent;Experience in Inventory Management;Proficient written and verbal communication skills;Ability to use Drawings and Manuals to identify Parts;Ability to use Spreadsheets at the Intermediate Level;Experience working in an inventory management environment.Work Environment:
