We offer competitive compensation for interns, including: + Salariesstarting from **$3,300 per month** (based on your year inschool and previous experience). + **Temporaryliving allowance** for interns moving to the area forthe role. **What You’ll Do** As a Maintenance Intern, you’ll take on real-world challenges by supporting various maintenance activities across the mill. You’ll work closely with the site team on projects like improving the sorter system and enhancing efficiency in key areas. In addition to hands-on work, you’ll assist with documenting maintenance programs, tracking check frequencies, and helping organize systems to support long-term reliability and cost savings.
