We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive I/E Maintenance Planner to support our instrumentation and electrical maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and well-documented maintenance activities across the plant. **As a Maintenance Instrument and Electrical Planner, you create chemistry by...** + Job Kit Development: Building and validating comprehensive job kits for I/E maintenance tasks, including all required tools, materials, and documentation. + Procurement & Material Management: Creating purchase requisitions and reservations; ordering and staging materials, parts, and tools needed for planned jobs. + BoM Management: Developing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BoMs) for I/E equipment and systems to support accurate planning and inventory control. + Work Order Prioritization: Reviewing and prioritizing I/E work orders to align with production schedules and plant priorities, ensuring timely execution. + Management of Change (MoC) Compliance: Identifying jobs requiring MoC and ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. + Technical Documentation Interpretation: Analyzing P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical documents to determine correct material specifications and identify spec breaks. + CMMS Recordkeeping (SAP): Maintaining accurate job plans, equipment history, and maintenance documentation in SAP to support traceability and reliability efforts. + Reliability & Turnaround Support: Collaborating with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to define job scopes, resolve technical issues, and support root cause analysis and turnaround planning. **If you...** + Hold a HS Diploma or equivalent + Possess 5+ years of experience with I/E maintenance planning in a manufacturing or industrial setting + Are proficient in SAP + Have a strong understanding of MoC processes and regulatory compliance + Are able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics + Have excellent organizational and communication skills **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
