Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Automation
Pay: $ 32.00
Shift: Full-Time – Onsite 7:00am - 3:30pm
PDS Tech is hiring a Maintenance Technician with strong electrical, automation, and mechanical skills in a GMP manufacturing environment. This role supports production, utilities, and automated systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability. Must be willing to obtain a Third Grade Boiler License within two years.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Work with AC/DC drives, PLCs, motor controls, HVAC, and chillers.
Perform preventive maintenance and use SAP CMMS to manage work orders.
Support TPM/Lean initiatives and train operators on basic equipment care.
Follow GMP/SOP standards for safety and quality.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma + 7 yrs manufacturing OR Associate’s + 4 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 2 yrs.
Proven electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with automation equipment and industrial controls.
Familiarity with HVAC/chillers and CMMS (preferably SAP).
Stable work history; strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
