Position: Maintenance III

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Without assistance, perform basic preventative maintenance on industrial electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic machines/equipment Move heavy machine parts with the aid of hoists or rollers Participates within in Total Quality Management projects to achieve improvements Troubleshoot basic electrical problems (480V 3 phase) on a variety of machinery. May start specialisms (mechanics, electrician, forklift mechanics, etc.). Performs related paperwork Effectively interpret schematics and diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems for products. Maintains clean work area Communication with plant and company management regarding scheduling and repair status. Inspects and checks work prior to turning machinery back to users, assuring that all safety factors have been attended to in compliance with applicable safety regulations. Participates in maintenance projects to achieve improvements. Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor. May work different shift or overtime

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day 

The ideal candidate will have: 

•    High School diploma or GED and/or combination of vocational school.

•    4 years repairing and/or maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical industrial equipment or related industrial machinery.
•    Meet all requirements for the Maintenance Mechanic I and II positions.
•    Able to read circuit diagrams and schematics.
•    2+ years' experience with basic PLC knowledge
•    Certified in Etchline.

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 3:30PM to 2:00AM and Friday and Saturday 1:30PM to 10:00PM

Pay Rate: $23.76 to $32.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
