**Job Title: Maintenance Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable individual to support a variety of tasks throughout the foundry. The schedule follows a Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM format, with a consistent 4x10s workweek. During the initial training period, Thursdays will end earlier—around 2:30 PM—resulting in approximately 33 hours per week for the first few weeks. Once training is complete, employees have the flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed to reach a full 40-hour workweek. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
