Maintenance Foreman I

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Foreman I to work within their facilities located in Big Lake, Texas on an initial 12-month assignment (with the possibility of extension / becoming permanent).
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contract vendors, including: Roustabout crews Crane operators Forklift and manlift operators Vac truck drivers Hot oilers Hydrovac operators Excavator and backhoe operators Ensure all field operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain and report daily costs related to time, materials, and rental equipment. Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure operational efficiency and resource allocation. Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for administrative tasks, reporting, and communication. Conduct regular inspections of oil and gas production equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and third-party service providers. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Minimum 6 years of experience in oil and gas field operations, with preferred background as a Lease Operator Strong familiarity with oilfield production equipment and field logistics Proven experience managing and overseeing third-party contractors and service vendors Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Detail-oriented with the ability to track and report daily operational costs Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, with the ability to lead by example in the field Education: High School diploma/ GED equivalent
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or until operations can be safely secured for the day) + On-call rotation every 8th or 9th weekend
