Compensation: $49-56/hourLocation: Big Lake, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Direct or over-see work done by others in maintaining Company facilities, owning and managing the relationship /contract with the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) and construction providers, focusing on delivery of objectives and plans within agreed performance parameters, and driving continuous improvementSupervise maintenance teams to help Operations deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations. Typical job positions may include: Maintenance First Line Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Fleet M&R and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) Supervisor, Maintenance & Repair Coordinator/ Engineering Manager, Asset Management Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities CoordinatorDemonstrate leadership in Personal Safety by driving systems and reinforcing the behaviors necessary to achieve Safety goalsActively engage your team in utilization of Loss Prevention System (LPS) tools throughout all planning and execution phases of mechanical work Qualifications
Need to be familiar with oil and gas production equipment. Preferably with background as a lease operator
6-year minimum experience
Safety minded individual
Need experience in managing/overseeing contract vendors, Roustabout workers, Crane operators, Forklift and manlift operators, Vac truck drivers, Hot oilers, Hydrovac operators
Excavators’ operators, Backhoe operators
Adaptability, analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, courage of conviction, sound decision-making, risk management, shows initiativeSSHE management - operations and maintenance, managing critical maintenance activities, maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, turnaround planning, maintenance managementStrong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteriaAbility to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programsRead, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communicationsAbility to work effectively in a team environment both internally and externallyMust have High School diploma or equivalent
